New Horizons Adoption Agency, Inc. is an independent, non-profit Christian agency licensed in the states of Minnesota, Iowa and South Dakota.  Founded in 1987 with the support of caring individuals and families, New Horizons’ mission is to find Christian homes for infants and children.  The New Horizons Board of Directors is made up of adoptive parents and interested individuals that help to guide the growth and vision of New Horizons.

New Horizons has offices in Iowa, Minnesota and South Dakota and employs numerous Social Workers in each state.  If you live outside these three states, please contact the office to discuss the specifics of you adopting through New Horizons.  The staff at New Horizons is committed to the birth parents, families and children we serve.  We work hard to provide the personal and confidential assistance necessary to help you make the best possible choice regarding your adoption.

New Horizons provides services for those looking to grow their family through adoption, as well as counseling services for those facing an unplanned pregnancy. 

We offer several different types of adoption, including both domestic and international programs.  We work closely with you to help you determine which type of adoption is best for your family.  

If you are experiencing an unplanned pregnancy, we offer free and confidential counseling by a licensed social worker.  This counseling will provide you with the information you need (about both parenting and making an adoption plan) to make this very difficult decision.
